Poppy and Lulu are 2-3 year old female Labrador Crosses. Two beautiful girls looking for a new home, both are medium height with silky black short coats. They have a typical Labrador character and demeanour. We really want to home this Mother and daughter together as they love each other and we do not want to split them up. Lulu is the daughter and slightly smaller and stands at 47cm hight to shoulder 60cm body length and Poppy Mum is a bit more rounded standing at 55cm high to shoulder and 65cm body length.
They are such friendly and affectionate dogs. Both are excellent on a lead and they both love lots of fuss and love from everyone. These two beautiful black Lab girls were picked up in Spain quite near to a motorway – wandering along the road. They wore collars and were in good condition – the older of the two Poppy, we believe is the mother of Lulu. They are both safe in the UK now.
They spent 6 months in the refuge which was very hard for them as we think they have been used to a family. In July they traveled to the UK to a family who offered to adopt them both, however sadly due to personal problems in the family they have asked us to find them another home. This is a decision they have not taken lightly but they feel due to their personal circumstances it is not fair on the dogs. This has nothing to do with either of the dogs.
They are both absolutely brilliant. Loving, affectionate and easy dogs and are both very sociable, full of fun and have wonderful shiny coats. They are both obedient and walk well on and off lead and love their walks! Like all Labs they make really loving and faithful pets so it is with sadness they have come to this decision. They are wonderful too with their son who is 8 years old.

Adoption Fee : £495 for both dogs – to be paid direct to the Spanish rescue.
