Mia – 10 month old female Beagle Cross

Mia is a 10 month old female Beagle Cross. Mia was found locked in a cage in Cyprus. She had no food or water. Luckily our volunteers were alerted and rescued her in time. She is now under the care of our charity D.O.G Rescue Cyprus and we are desperately trying to find a fantastic forever home for her. Mia is still in Cyprus and we want to fly her to the UK and straight to her forever home as soon as possible. She will be a medium size girl when fully grown, around 12 to 15 kg. She is a gentle, loving dog and has totally forgiven humans for the previous neglect and cruelty that she suffered.

The photos show Mia in the conditions in which she was found. Basically she had been locked in a cage without food or water and left to die. She even tried to escape though a small gap in a brick wall. After all she has suffered Mia is still a friendly puppy. Just like any puppy she is inquisitive and full of fun. She is so very loving that everyone who meets her falls completely under her spell. However just like any young dog she will require support, guidance and training to help her develop into the adult dog you want her to be.

We want to find a family who will open their heart and home to her and allow her to grow into the wonderful family pet she has the potential to be. She would do well with another dog in the household to help her learn the ropes or as an only dog providing you can devote time to support her. We would always recommend any puppy should be fully supervised if with children. She will be vaccinated and neutered. Prior to her flight to the UK she will receive the vet preparation required, be microchipped and have her entry passport prepared.

The adoption donation required to help cover the flight and related costs to get her to you in the UK will be a donation in the region of £500 to £525 depending on where you are in the country and the exchange rates.

Please contact us if you are interested in any this gorgeous girl and we will be very happy to chat to you about our adoption process. It is much easier than you might think!
