Teddy is a five year old male German Shepherd ( possible cross) he’s also possibly the happiest dog in the whole wide world! I don’t know why he’s so happy, life has not been all that kind to him. He was born in Romania, the land of death for dogs, and ended up in a horrible public shelter. He was rescued from there and brought to the UK a few months ago where he has been in private boarding kennels awaiting a home since. Despite being an amazing boy he just wasn’t reaching the audiences necessary to find him a home so we were asked to take him into our care where he would be more widely seen.

This dog is just joy on legs. He’s a little unruly but very quick and keen to learn. Already the fact he’s got freedom to run and play and isn’t confined to a kennel is calming him down considerably and we are beginning lessons to teach him not to jump up! Teddy is a people pleaser and would cross oceans and deserts if he could to get a fuss from those he loves.

Teddy gets on well with other dogs and would enjoy a playful brother or sister to romp around with but he’d also be happy as an only dog with all the people giving him all the love. Teddy needs an adult home only. Teddy is fostered near Norwich. This is truly a dog of a lifetime and anyone who meets this boy is sure to love him!
Our adoption fee is £250. They are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless they are too young). If you are interested please message or call between 9am and 6pm.
