Brandy is a beautiful medium sized two year old female Cross-Breed. We met Brandy on our trip to Romania last summer. She was in a very stark private shelter, safe but devoid of any kind of love or home comforts. Back then she was so scared of humans due to abuse from her past that she didn’t want any love anyway! Brandy is fostered in Rugeley, Staffordshire. Brandy has now been in a UK foster home fit several months and the transformation has been quite incredible. Brandy will follow her foster family from room to room, whilst not pushy she will calmly ask for fusses and enjoy a cuddle. Lead training has been the biggest hurdle for her but she’s now cracked this too and is ready to move on to a home of her own.
Brandy lives very well with other dogs but isn’t dependent on them or especially fond of any particular dog so could also live as an only dog. Brandy has not been tested with cats but could be and I don’t think she will be bothered by them. As she is still a little timid in some situations a home without any really young children would be needed for her.
Brandy will continue to grow in confidence as she is shown more kindness by more people, she has only started the path to her new life and anyone who adopts her will be privileged to travel the rest alongside her.
Our adoption fee is £250. The dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless they are too young).
