Pille is a 7 year old large spayed female Cross-Breed (shoulder height: 65 cm, weight: 35 kg). She was surrendered to the shelter years ago by her owners. Later she was adopted twice but was always returned to the shelter due to her fence climbing abilities which did not appeal to the owners.
As she was kept outside, no wonder she escaped being totally bored and getting no attention at all. She is now looking for her forever home where she gets the love and attention she deserves and she’s not just part of the garden furniture.

You would expect that she’d lost trust in people as she was let down a few times. But this is not the case at all! Pille still loves humans and loves life and is a real happy character. She is a cuddly girl who loves being around people and appreciates even the smallest attention she gets. She is a very active girl with high energy levels who learns quick and will need to get a good amount of exercise to keep his body and mind busy.

She is friendly with most dogs but sometimes has preferences. She is playful and active, loves running and loves her walks. She has not been tested with cats hence looking for a cat free household. She currently lives in an outdoor kennel therefore her new family needs to be prepared to housetrain her if needed. She walks ok on the lead but she will probably need further training on and off the lead.

Pille would be best suited for a family without children where she is not left alone for long periods of time and there is time for her training. She would be happiest with an active family who take her on nice long walks with lots of play to drain her energies. She could live with a calm and friendly male dog, but she would probably be happiest living with her humans to care for her only.

Experience with rescue dogs is strongly preferred and will be an advantage. No first time owners please. As all rescue dogs, she will need time, patience, love and commitment from her adopting family to become a happy and well behaved family pet.

Pille is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family is found for her. She comes fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA approved paperwork.
Adoption is subject to Home Check and Adoption Fee.
