Hugo is a medium sized eighteen month old male Cross-Breed. He looks like he has some kind of hound in the mix. He was abandoned by his owner to a public shelter and left to an uncertain and potentially deadly fate. Our friends at Dog rescue Norway took him under their wing and placed him in a safe private shelter until we could take him here.

Hugo is now safely in his UK foster home but we need to find him his forever family. Hugo is a super friendly and affectionate boy. He could live with other dogs but us actually quite indifferent to them so a home as an only dog would be absolutely fine.

Hugo is a high energy working breed and will need a decent amount of exercise and mental stimulation. Someone who takes their dog jogging or just enjoys really long walks would be perfect. He’s currently a little skinny after his ordeal in Romania but once in peak condition he will be ready to accompany his humans on lots of adventures. Due to his hound look we are not going to consider homes with cats for him.

Hugo fostered Norwich, Norfolk.
All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless the dog is too young to be neutered). If you are interested please message or call between 9am to 5pm Mon – Fri 9am to 4pm Sat.
