Josie is a 5 month old female Cross-Breed. ?She is a sweet little puppy girl, with a smooth, black coat and white chest, who will grow to medium size when fully grown. Josie is one of a litter of pups that were brought to the shelter when they were very young. Happily, they went straight into foster.
All Josie’s siblings (lovely Tinker was the last one) have now been adopted and are very happy in their new homes. She is very loving and loves a cuddle. Because she is used to being with other dogs, we feel she will be better in a home where there is at least one other dog that likes to play. Children over 10 as she is bouncy. Not cat tested.
Foster Report :
Sweet and keen to trust, likes all my dogs. Josie likes an afternoon nap. She has a very sweet nature, she is intelligent and learns fast. She is very friendly – no signs of aggression. However, she is very excitable and is overwhelming with other people and animals at first. Lead training needs work, as she is interested in everything. She will be a fantastic companion with more work and as she gets older and calms down. I love her.
Current location is in a foster home in Portugal. Can travel to the UK in September if homed.
Adoption Fee : £395 – to be paid direct to the Portuguese rescue to cover new, excessive, extra EU travel costs, via UK bank account.
