Phoenix is a 3-4 year old male Cross-Breed. He is a medium sized from Romania. He’s is a super affectionate and loving boy! Paco is very nervous especially around new people and especially men. He is growly towards men and new people out of fear. You must have some previous experience of nervous dogs and be able to understand his signs and not to push him.

If he was to go to a home you must be prepared if your male for it to take a very long time before Paco will at least feel comfortable around you. Once he knows you though he will do nothing but shower you with affection and cheekiness.

Paco’s a very nervous, he doesn’t yet know that the world isn’t a scary place. He’s come out of his shell so much since being in foster and his confidence has come on hugely. But he’s still a very nervous boy. Especially around new people and outside. He’s doing really well with his lead training but not yet fully confident on his lead. He’s started to get excited when he sees his leaf now and enjoying going out for walks. Slow and steady is key to building Paco’s confidence and trust.

Paco is good with other dogs and we would love to find him a home with another dog. It definitely helps with his confidence. He can be cat tested. He is fully secure garden is a must.

Paco is around 80 percent of the time clean in the house. We haven’t been doing any toilet training with him as our main focus has been his confidence. He is also fine to be left alone.

Paco is a special boy, it may take some time and a lot of patience but when he trust you he really is the sweetest boy!
